These Terms govern your use of Blueprint Universal (“Blueprint,” “we,” “us”) and our website, apps, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who May Use the Service

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts & Care Teams

• You’re responsible for safeguarding account credentials.
• You control who you invite and what permissions they receive.
• Care team members must use the Service in compliance with these Terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
• Prices may change with notice as permitted by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Access or scrape the Service using automated means without permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code (except where legally permitted).
• Violate others’ privacy or intellectual property rights.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Blueprint a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service. Blueprint and its trademarks, design, and software are owned by Blueprint or its licensors.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Blueprint does not provide medical, clinical, or legal advice. You are responsible for decisions made using the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueprint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll provide notice as required by law. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
